At Different Creation, we pride ourselves on offering authentic, high-quality teakwood furniture. Every piece is inspected rigorously for quality and finish before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it meets our high standards.

Due to the heavy nature of furniture and the complexities of logistics, we do not offer returns or refunds on any sold items.

Please read our policy details below:

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind,” “did not like the style,” or “item does not fit.” We strongly encourage you to measure your space carefully and review all product specifications and photos before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While we package our products with the utmost care, we understand that damages can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Inspection: You must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Please email us at admin@differentcreation.in with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damage and the packaging.

Resolution for Damages: If the damage is verified to be a manufacturing defect or transit damage, Different Creation will, at our discretion:

  1. Arrange for a carpenter to fix the issue at your location (for minor issues).
  2. Replace the damaged part or the specific unit.
  3. Only if a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund.

Any claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

3. Natural Wood Disclaimer (Not a Defect)

Our furniture is made from 100% solid Teakwood. Wood is a natural material, and no two pieces are identical. You may notice:

  • Variations in grain patterns.
  • Natural knots or slight color differences.
  • Minor expansion or contraction due to climate changes.

These are characteristics of authentic wood, not manufacturing defects, and are not grounds for a return or replacement.

4. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
